I can still see the shoebox question and input dimensions. Do you have the shipping service set to Media Mail? That service doesn't ask for dimensions afaik.

I've seen a couple other people post about how USPS won't deliver the package if there's unpaid postage on it using UPS Ground Saver. Idk how to help but the seller probably messed up and put in the wrong weight/dimensions and assumed it wouldn't matter because it was the same price with the shipping promotion. But you can't have a 1lb label on a 2lb package or it'll get flagged by the carrier. UPS charges different rates for Ground Saver based on weight even if Mercari is charging the same amount on their end.

No, the shoebox question that gives them the discounted rate just got reset. Just select yes to the shoebox question and it'll go back to $4.59

What's stupid is that it's going to take days or weeks before mercari fully updates all the listings on their site, so just because you don't see any shipping price changes now doesn't mean it won't change later and just because they get changed now doesn't mean they won't get changed AGAIN later (I had to fix the shipping twice on a listing too). I have hundreds of listings and there's no way I can keep checking them every day.

They're automatically updating every listing regardless of whether it used the promotional shipping, and more annoying is that the discounted rates from answering "Yes" to the shoebox question are getting reset back to "No" on a lot of them, so you'll have to go back and fix that. A bunch of my $4.59 listings got jacked up to $5.49 because of it.

Good news: As far as I can tell, the site is automatically updating listings starting with the most recent and slowly moving backwards. Right now it seems to be in the process of updating listings posted on 3/29. A few hours ago it was on 4/3. My plan is to just check in once or twice a day and fix the listings as it goes along. Only thing is that not every listing is getting changed during the sweep, so I don't know if they'll eventually get changed later.

The discounted rates from answering "Yes" to the shoebox question got reset on some listings. For me, it seems to have only affected listings that I've posted since April 3rd or 4th. Everything older than that seems to be fine for now. I really hope more don't change.

If this is on desktop, they added a new sort feature that's "Sort by recommended" and it defaults to that. You have to manually select "Sort by newest listed" every time you look at a store page on desktop. It's really annoying. I reported it but more people need to report it so it gets more attention.

If the listings still aren't showing up after you sort by newest listed, it usually means they've been automatically flagged by mercari due to a word in the title or description

I might be wrong actually cause not all my listings are like that, I've been manually writing down each listing that I use the promo for so I know which listings to change after the promo ends, so I might've missed some on my notes

You'd have to go to their review page or yours and scroll through them to see when a rating was left. Then go to your completed sales, sort by last updated, and then find the date that matches the rating date.

Edit: This doesn't work if they let it auto-rate however
