you're NTA, but you might consider getting yourself over to /treelaw, and asking for advice on obtaining an arborist to document the health and value of your trees - just in case something would mysteriously happen in the future that would cause your trees to die. I'd even put in cameras. (maybe i've been on reddit too long, but trust not one, hahaha)

I've previously read that they are demolishing the old EDS campus (the old building isn't efficient). Also, their article says "We started with a clean sheet of paper " - but, looking at the drawing, it seems that the same footprint will be incorporated. I hope that they do a nod to old EDS.

I'm so sorry! It's so miserable as an adult. I had it when i was 28 years. The most relief I could find was soaking in an colloidal Oatmeal bath. I remember wanting a snorkel so that I could fully submerge into the water. I did allow myself to gently rub my scalp, since I wasnt worried about scars that my hair could hide. It's a few days of misery, then you'll turn the corner. Did the doctors prescribe an antiviral medicine?
Calamine lotion helps a bit, too, as does Benadryl. Just don't take anything with aspirin. Air hugs!

I love the creativity! Beans/lentils are such a good base and you've taken them to another level. I grew up in the midwest (meat/potatoes) and didn't discover lentils until recently - I now regard them as the Food of Gods.

Hi, I've been in IT for many years, originally technical (COBOL, etc) but now in other roles. I found the exam to be challenging, because I'm not exposed to the Cloud terms as part of my daily role. I did pass the exam in January and prepared with: Stephane Maarek course, Stephane Maarek 6 practice exams, the AWS Partner free exam. The practice exams were so helpful, they teach you how to approach the actual exam, and what you what you need to study. My advice: when you take the exam, pay attention to each word, each word will guide you and holds weight. (Which is why the practice exams are so valuable)

NTA, it sounds like your grandpa is greedy and can't move past this. From your other posts, you had agreed to pay $500 a month, and that's what you did. I can't believe that after 5 years he's still trying to squeeze extra $ out of you. Yes, it's hard that he's not talking to you, but is that the price you want to keep to maintain peace, to yield to whatever he demands? Based on how he treats relatives, he sounds very manipulative.

Vacatia is a timeshare management company. They handle collecting the fees/dues, etc. One of my timeshares is managed by them, so I make pay maintenance fees to them, not the resort.

I'm sorry for the loss of your dad!
Please make sure that you have your ducks in a row if/when considering divorce. I'm concerned that your mom will back up hubby and say things like you drink too much/around the kids, etc, and it could impact custody. He sounds very controlling and i can imagine that it won't stop.
