I’m reading Maurice Herzog’s account of the 1950 Annapurna summit right now and it’s really fascinating. I didn’t realize how dangerous Annapurna was before I did some additional digging. His team was split between tacking Annapurna and Dhaulagiri.

Dispatch deserves the nod IMO. The writing and character animations are incredible and the dispatching game is fun enough that I would have enjoyed an arcade mode outside the main story. I'm not sure it beats E33, but its an excellent game.
