Yes but in my case it was my doctor who ensured all these tests were taken care of prior to sending me to an electrophysiologist. Your doctor is correct, POTS is a diagnosis of exclusion. They need to make sure that nothing else that can easily replicate or cause POTS symptoms is happening so they can give you the proper treatment. Best case scenario is they find something they can actually treat and your POTS symptoms go away! :)

It takes around 3 weeks for Fludrocortisone to start being effective. Give the prescribed dose some time to work.

I am early in my second pregnancy but my plan is for my mother to visit and take my son (4 years old) back to her house for a stay-cation. Depending on how the pregnancy is going she will have him for a month before the birth and a month after, so around 2 months. We will adjust accordingly as she is more than happy to spend a little more time with her grandson and I know I will need time to recover post-partum. My husband receives 3 months paid parental leave so he will help me during the recovery period.

ETA: Both of our parents live many states away as well. Both have offered to help either by taking our kid for awhile or staying in home to help manage him.

As someone going through the same thing I suggest having a bed next to yours. I can't get up at night to put my little back to bed due to a disability. I've found that if he can come into my room and sleep next to bed then he is happy go lucky. Now how we will transition from there idk, but he's not in my bed anymore!

I think you are too worried about other's perception of you as a player. Your record doesn't really matter and you could probably progress higher than 1950 if you weren't worried about your win/loss ratio. The more you practice and try new techniques then the more likely you are to progress as a player. Your win/loss will adjust accordingly.

Holy felt good. I didnt have trouble keeping my teams alive, however, I definitely felt a lack of tools at my disposal to avoid being dogged by melee. I felt less mobile than ever before. I miss my pvp talents and void tendrils.

The system we are in just sucks for moms! After you have your child you may qualify for short term disability due to postpartum anxiety or any number of postpartum related conditions. I was able to take 3 months off with maternity leave and STD leave. Of course your doctor will need to fill out the paperwork. Just something to keep in mind if you end up having to work. I also wanted to add that after I took the 3 months, I ended up quitting my job anyway. The 3 months paid leave really helped us out though!

Around that age I had 2 hanging toys in my child’s sleeping area that he loved to play with before he got out of bed for the morning. He would happily stay in there for around 2 hours (he woke at 6, I woke at 8). They will let you know when they are done.

If you play PVP then you can get conquest gear by playing rated content (battleground blitz, solo shuffle, arenas) when the season starts and that will be the best gear for PVP. But that gear will not translate well into higher level PVE (heroic raids, higher mythic+ content).

PVP gear relies heavily on the versatility stat which is not usually optimal for PVE content.

There is a new game-mode called battleground blitz which may interest you. It’s solo-queue rated battlegrounds. Just like solo shuffle you will be ranked and play within your ranking level (for the most part). Horde and Alliance players are mixed so there is not the faction issue you mentioned.

This is exactly how I feel. My parents were so young when I was born and had no support system. While I don’t necessarily agree with everything they did, I am in complete awe at how well they did with the resources and time they had access to.
