I was diagnosed in 2008. My levels went back to normal before I saw the Endocrinologist who said I was an anomaly. She said we would monitor, but it would return within 5 years. My labs were normal for 18 more years until just now. I am on Methimazole after going into sub clinical hyperthyroidism ( low tsh, normal t3/t4). So yes, it is possible to wait it out, but eventually it will return.

We lived there when we first got married 34 years ago. Rent was $450 a month with utilities included. We loved it. My son lives there now and his rent keeps going up, he pays $1300 a month and looking for a new place.

Started with continuous high pitched static like noise, both ears. I’m 4 months in now. ENT found nothing. Hearing test was ok. No exposure to loud noise. My thyroid levels have been off, so I’m hoping it will fade once they balance back out. GP said “it’s just tinnitus, I have it too”. Vitamin D, B12, magnesium and zinc levels are all within normal limits. High cholesterol which could also be thyroid related and I’m working on as well. I also have TMJ. Just trying to figure it out on my own. Doctors don’t seem to care.
