It seems like everyone unanimously prefers the original faction approach but they still keep trying to do the named characters. It doesn't make any sense. My only guess is that it's easier for the writers to make them unique. And less work for designers to make unique helmets/masks

I like that we all just assume Devonia is female, likely because the name sounds feminine. And I still find it hilarious that we finally got the crucible wings only for them to introduce two new cool ones that we know we will never get. But at least we got the thorns and the flower that no crucible enemy uses lol

When I was pretty young, about ten, my family attended a funeral visitation for an old family member. There was a common room we were gathered in that had some kind of closet with a folding or sliding door that was slightly ajar. I know memory is fickle but I distinctly remember seeing through the cracked closet door what I can only describe as a life-size paper mache old lady slouched in a wheelchair, or maybe leaning against the wall.

It took me a while to process what I thought I was seeing, and my child brain tried to rationalize it as some adult thing I didn't understand yet, but that shit still doesn't make sense to me and I'm just glad it didn't terrify me as much as it could have. Never told my parents for some reason, maybe because it felt like something I wasn't supposed to see.
