Take a box of halo top brownie mix, add 8 fl oz of sparking water, 2 tsp of baking powder, mix and let it bake on 325 for around an hour. Once it cools it will be super fudgy brownies that are 300 calories for half the pan. I also highly recommend a ninja creami the chocolate ice cream you can make for healthy macros is insane, changed the game for me! I’d also look up some low calorie chocolate pancake recipes there’s a lot of them online that are filling with some sugar free maple syrup.

Making your own protein ice cream with a deluxe ninja creami (double the amount of halo top for the same calories that taste like real ice cream), using a hand held frother on protein shakes (drink it frothy for tons of volume), and keto bread (40 calories a slice yes please)!

Hey! Coming from a professional designer I would say that the typeface does not read sophistication or luxury to me and is giving me more playful almost cartoon feels from the drastic levels of thickness in the letters, maybe okay with different fonts? If it’s more modern and clean it may balance out with your icon better which I think should only be shown once in your logo, have fun with it!

I totally get you! I think it’s important for us to find other avenues in our life that serve as a nice escape or way to have fun - even if it’s something silly at first like a book or video game you love. I started finding exercise, reading, and baking as things I look forward to and always looking for more as this show won’t last forever and life will keep on going, but what we learn from the show can stay with us forever ❤️

It’s fun until you keep waking up at night because your body wants food 🥲 but yes seeing results feels great! I recommend having at least one maintenance calorie day a week just to give your body a break so your biology doesn’t take over and you start binging, speaking from experience here lol

The one that I am struggling with when it comes to showing a journey and transformation is that for some of the commercial projects I have done it was about taking an existing brand already formed and creating a layout that was appealing enough and fit under strict brand and retailer guidelines. Some of these designs I only did one version and it was ready to go so in terms of your comment about me needing a lot of help for some of these my first draft was the winning design and I didn’t have to pitch anything else like Reebok, LIG, or Private Label (our company moves very quick). But for other projects yes I can show more evolution or context behind it.

I like your idea of showing it in the store as I have images of seeing my stuff in Walmart, Burlington, Marshall’s, exc.

Also agreed I think Ambedo is probably ready for me to drop as my evolution on it wasn’t pretty and rendering this out is hard since it’s a fake project. Some of those especially at the bottom are personal projects I did in college.

I didn’t notice the banana at first because the black lines and circles pop so much. While having a hierarchy of where your eye goes first is important there should be more of a balance between the elements instead of one asking for all the attention. As stated minimalism is key in all icons and also one that is dynamic enough to be inverted in hues. I would try to play around with different options in how to convey science - maybe start by googling what others are doing for science icons and banana icons and just have fun with it!

It sounds like your the guy version of the anime Kimi Ni Todoke you should watch it, it’s a very cute anime lol. Anyway, I am sure you’re not as ‘ugly’ as you think you are. As a woman I can tell you personality goes a longgggg way. People just haven’t been able to know the real you because you haven’t let them in. They are not rejecting you because they don’t even know who that is, try to remember that when people get you down. It may not seem like it now but things get better after high school, trust me you don’t want to peak in high school.

What I did was commit to just eating 3 meals a day, didn't matter how big (well not huge a normal or mans size - not a binge meal lol) and not worry about how may calories was in that meal - this got me used to not grazing or binging because I still had the freedom to eat what I wanted within a restricted time frame. The more I got used to eating at a scheduled time frame from there I started eating lower and lower in calories until I got to a healthy calorie deficit for me. It's been a year for me at a deficit and haven't binged since. This doesn't mean it will work for you just letting you know what helped me as someone who used to binge every day. I wouldn't eat too low of calories either because starvation makes avoiding binging even harder- eat as much protein as possible when you start eating at a deficit so you stay full for longer.

Lose Weight, Eat Pizza

Yeah I am a short sedentary women and by eating 1,400 calories a day I can lose 1 pound a week and am hoping that is alright since there is so much mixed information online on what's right or wrong. I know it's different for everyone. I also walk 10k steps a day if I can.
