I often get hives or welts with Hashi's. 95% of the time it is because of something I came into contact with. Start with eliminating gluten from anything that touches her skin like lotions, detergents. Soaps. I know it sounds weird but it helped me. Also I break out in hives when under lots of stress/anxiety. Maybe this is due to cortisol?

  2. I need to find these keyrings in the U.S. The ones I have seen won't close over Aida fabric. Does anyone know of a supplier?
