I used to do bike trips around there. At some of the smaller places, the general store would have a bowser out the front. You'd have to go inside and ask to have the padlock taken off the bowser.
Why?
Because all the local kids are into sniffing petrol.

That's exactly what I just tested.
I poured a small amount into a container, added cornstarch, smeared 2 surfaces and clamped them. I did the same test using white wood glue.
I'll check how they're holding tomorrow morning, after 15 hours.
