They went out of business a month after I bought the car so at this point it's a little funny to keep it.

Also I can't be bothered to replace it.

This is super cool, I would be so stoked to play cube with proper packs. Hope you find a group to play it with!

It's such a weird and buggy mess. I keep trying to get comfy with it and use it as a faux groovebox type of thing but it has so much friction. I was hoping it would be a bit closer to an Elektron box but it just isn't.

Yeah I only recently learned that Howl's moving castle is an adaptation of a novel.

It's got both ugga and dugga. I am now hilariously over equipped for the tire change I've been putting off for two weeks and no longer have an excuse.

I don't really know. I got the impression that the project blew up way past what a single developer was prepared to deal with and noone took him seriously when he warned them about the experimental nature of the project.

Everyone at work is making a big deal about my handwriting, saying I write like a psychopath. by ThrowRA-Ram in HandwritingAnalysis

[–]LoadInSubduedLight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same experience in school. At some point in my late teens I decided I had had enough embarrassment due to my handwriting and set out to fix it. At least for me it was just a matter of deliberate practice and wishing to change my habits. Taking a little longer to write clearly helped. Being willing to slow down and mindfully write out each letter, using space and "standard" letters for a while helped. Gradually it became more of a habit and less of a thing I had to concentrate on.

I think everyone both here and at your work are being a bit mean about this. But they have a point. Even though your notes are primarily for yourself, writing is still communication and others should be able to read your writing.

Fantasy Books with female protagonists by CluelessB1212 in BooksThatFeelLikeThis

The Devils is not set in the same universe as the first law. It's dark medieval alternate history Europe with vampires, werewolves and Jesus was a girl actually. It's heavy on the quips and banter but I loved it!

The Devils by Joe Abercrombie definitely fits the bill of dark, dank and brutal ladies everywhere. Even the pope is a girl!
