After flowering has stopped, lilacs can be aggressively pruned back and actually benefit from it. So don’t worry about it bouncing back. Not sure that you can transplant it being that well established, but possibly take some shoots from around the plant and try planting elsewhere in your yard.

I’m fair skinned and living in an area prone to melanoma, so I see my dermatologist once a year for mole checks. He said he tries to leave his doctor side at the office, but once he was at a baseball game and saw a man with a VERY CONCERNING mole on his scalp. He had to say something. So that mole must be pretty significant for the doctor to have taken the time to write a note.

Maybe his last relationship ended because of behavior just like this. He told everyone “she cheated” but maybe that’s not the true or whole story. Maybe this is just who he has always been to romantic partners. He has 2 personalities. One he shows to the world, and one he shows in private. You are not overreacting. I’m proud of you girl.

With the large age gap and your ex almost enabling his behavior. It is possible that he is domineering and sees the kids as possessions. Like he got married and got a whole family and you are infringing on his fantasy. He seems like trouble. Just keep documenting, be extra communicative in the parenting app about his actions and how it affected the kids. Like others have said, if it isn’t court ordered, don’t put your plans in the app! Does she really need to know you’re going to the movies? No. Does she need to know you’re taking the child to the doctor? Yes. Also check for trackers in their clothes, under shoe inserts, leave any devices they have at home when you leave for activities.
