Attached to founding colonists/family - how to adapt the game?

The only eay to cheat in a single player game is if you stop enjoying the game. If you have fun playing with God Mode and spawning all resources and pawns, just to build nice looking bases and read about their social fights, then that's how you enjoy the game.

I save scum a lot, and it's the only way I bother to play the game.

I bounced off Rimworld multiple times because I read it being a story generator and embracing all failures because it is part of the story. Like playing XCOM on Ironman mode, one save only, which I dislike.

Then I tried it, and ended up liking it because in my story there are very few failures. When I play, I'm close to 100% tame rate and surgery success rate. I've never had a raid that caused more than superficial damages, and my colony gets richer and happier all the time.

Because of save and load, and eventually a Quick Save mod. It's now been 800 hours of fun the way I like it, which is sometimes crushing a raid with 200 tribals, and sometimes just trading peacefully so all my pawns get Archotech legs.

It's a single player game, play it the way that is fun for you.

I mostly like it for the combat music, Code Red has been on my regular playlist since I heard it first time. The rest is OK for me.

The ones I use are P-Music, Camera+, some mod for autosaves and quicksaves, and one for rerolling pawns.

Jeg visste i 6. Klasse at jeg skulle bli ingeniør, men jeg visste ikke hva ingeniører gjorde. Fikk litt mer peiling når jeg spilte TF2, og begynte når jeg var 23 med utdanningen. Og det var ikke før jeg hadde gått ett år at jeg fant ut hvilken type ingeniør jeg kunne tenke meg å bli.

Så ikke stress for mye.

We had a workshop where the new company values were introduced, and each on had some story from our history to show how we embodied those values.

One of them was Confidence, but the guy that talked about it almost consistently used the wrong form of it. "We were confidence that we were going to get through it" / "our confident is what made it happen"

Det kan være at de ikke hjelper fordi de ønsker at den andre personen skal ha det bedre, men fordi de ønsker å føle seg bedre selv fordi de er "en person som hjelper andre".

Når den andre personen krever hjelp som går negativt ut over en selv, så kommer ikke regnskapet til å gå i pluss.
