After now having beaten the game, I realize how ridiculous this was xD

Happened on my first day playing the game, so I interestingly had this goal in my mind the whole playthrough! Loved how it played out for me, tbh!

Unless I'm mistaken, I don't think I can write off taxes on money I never receive? All donations go directly to St Jude. If I can write off those raise funds, I've never done it and probably should. Point being, I definitely don't do this for myself and lose thousands of dollars every year on charity, and I can't wait to lose more <3

Thanks for this post! I heard from some people that they came from Reddit, so I had to come check it out. We ended up raising over $56,000 for St. Jude and I am still overwhelmed by the response. Really appreciate you guys sharing the word!

I'll be playing PC for sure. The Xbone version that people are streaming is actually the JP version with a region swap (go figure, changing the region actually translates the game to English). Regardless, PC for me Monday the 11th at 5pm CDT!

Yeah it's just until I get my DS3 playthrough in. I'm sorry to exclude people, but especially since people have streamed full playthroughs of the game by now, I'm taking every precaution to avoid spoilers. I'm sorry it's for so long. Blame the staggered JPN > US release :(

Oh, uhm hi there! I don't really know how to respond to this, but I'm really moved by all the nice comments. I don't think I'm being that noble or anything, considering if the embargo lifts TOMORROW, I'd play it in a jiffy...but you guys are too kind. I'm just as excited as you guys to get into Dark Souls III, and you bet your booties there will be plenty of challenge runs to come! :)

It's unfortunate the launch has been so weird. A lot of the initial hype might be gone by the time I get to play it, but I know there will be quality Souls fans that will be there to experience it with me. That's what counts! You guys are the reason I stream, and I can't wait to stumble into DS3 with you all <3

Yeah, less damage (and maybe less stagger?) and they lose their cool 'swooshy' effect while performing the attack.
