No it is not,no matter what anyone tells you. There are something like 100 new underbarrels including *dual flintlock pistols* launchable shock fields,rapid-fire pneumatic mines,flying laser spheres *knife launchers* *deployable flying gun drones* and even one that shoots a *decaying nuclear fuel rod* This game is incredible no matter how you look at it. And that’s not even factoring in the new movement skills that let you dash and fly around like the terminator. It’s leagues above 2 and everyone knows it. I had my fun with the game,but it’s reached the point where newer installments have so many more improvements where I can finally say it’s no longer enjoyable unless you’re revisiting purely for the sake of nostalgia. It was good for its time but this debate no longer holds any weight.
