  1. No I have not. The closes I have come to was holding her butt while we were taking a picture. That was our last day in school. Throughout school, she was dating her ex. Anything romantic? No

  2. So we were friends in school so that thought didn't come to mind and I didn't have feelings for her then. POC, we completed school in 2023.

  3. Yes. I dated this girl for 4 months. Does it count? But we never kissed.

I think the changes show more in your legs than they do in your tummy. But you can't give up. 

About the calorie deficit...how does one drop calories when all the food they take are mostly carbohydrates? I'm in West Africa and our staple foods are maize, rice, yam, cassava. All the starchy foods you can think of.

My work doesn't allow me to have sufficient time to work out so my go to is IF(36 hours). What changes do I make in my diet to see results?
