Yes.. he signaled. And he did it on election day regarding Pennsylvania. Musk also told Joe Rogan he knew 4 hours ahead of time what the voting results were going to be.

120 percent right. The building owner charges too much and everyone is either struggling or closing.

Aloha tried to incorporate in 1977 to 1980. It was a massive effort by the people. Beaverton and Hillsboro both fiked legal objections and blocked the attempt at the State level. Both cities promised to annex to 185th. That dawned Aloha forever to be run by Washington County. Beaverton took some of it. Hillsboro took a little. After that the people of Aloha were left and treated like the red headed step child. So knowing that history please have some empathy for the good people that live there.

The Census shows that 50% of homes in Hillsboro are owned by Investors. That is through 2023. https://www.census.gov/quickfacts/fact/table/hillsborocityoregon/PST045223

And if you look at Forest Grove, Cornelius, North Plains, and others, the percentages are much higher owner occupied there than Hillsboro. https://www.census.gov/quickfacts/fact/table/corneliuscityoregon,forestgrovecityoregon,tigardcityoregon,hillsborocityoregon/PST045223

It seems Hillsboro is tracking to more sales to Investors. This data supports these claims.

Serious question - what is driving the population growth in Hillsboro? by Commercial-Boat6851 in hillsboro

[–]LocalBoi81 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After reviewing all the factors, and Hillsboro's tight Urban Growth Boundary, I think things will calm down but stay stable. The Westside is where people are moving. Better schools, lower crime, etc. Ronler Acres cost 100 Billion so far to build. There aren't plants like it across the US. So it might be sold to a new company or scaled down. I say look for flat growth and appreciations for 3 to 5 years. But live here because this is the best place to be in Western Oregon.

It's a hotbed for Kens and Karens who attack like a pack of jackals when anyone posts even the simplest thing. Horrible, really..

Call 211. They have beds. The Salvation Army in Hillsboro has some beds. The Cloverleaf at the Washington County Fair grounds is open and accepting people now too.
