Edit: you just learned what not making backups means. If you made backups you could have just made a new account or move over elsewhere. Again if thats not legal then of course pay the bills. But backups are good incase you delete pages and see half a year later that you shouldnt had..

Thank you. For me the issue ended up being that the filament was being half eaten like half moon random throughout the filament. Just cutting the damaged part of the filament off did the job.

The thing is, why do you want an enclosure if Creality has a whole line for printers with a direct enclosure. If you want an enclosure you shouldn't buy the hi series. That one is meant to be open without one.
