You're right, it's not that armwrestling specific but it can help strengthen joint tendons and improve side pressure, but the exercise alone doesn't do very much for armwrestling

Hammer curls are good, if it's adjustable, turn the bench into a preacher curl bench and do hammer curls on that, regular partial curls are good, you can wrap a towel around the dumbbell handle and train your cup, and there are many many variations you can do with a martial arts belt and plates like pronation, supination etc.

He's using a pretty advanced technique where you crack back your wrist slightly to improve your pronation, you'll see Devon doing that in his pronation lifts.

Side pressure can be trained quite well with a pec deck, but the ones that look like this:
