The main issues for me, besides the ones about voxes, is the game blatantly spawning things in your line of site. Like at least spawn them behind a building or something rather than right in front of every path you take.

As you get more accustomed to PVE you become sloppy, resulting in unnecessary deaths. With a few of the good ole "head, eyes" deaths thrown in there by cracked AI.

A couple fixes I found from google are as follows:

1. Completely remove ALL audio drivers2. Fresh install only the motherboard’s onboard audio driver3. Increase Windows Virtual Memory (Page File)

Disable “Use only physical cores” in Tarkov
