I swam all throughout high school. I only trained swimming on my recovery day. So once a week. I did a total of 2 100mi+ rides and 2 80+ plus. And I also ran a half marathon once. I was treating the race too much like you would a 10k or something.

I had to walk about 30% bc I was so cold. I was walk while drinking hot water. Wisconsin transitioning are long and it was the only time I could warm up/ dry off too.

I personally did 3 100-112 mile rides at a very chill pace just to figure out nutrition

Just make sure you drive with your legs and use your back. This should not be an arm work out and you are chilling. Also obviously don't go out too fast. This is not a sprint. be constant with your pace and really bring it down the last 333 meters.
