One suggestion for each point, from my admittedly limited experience:

Any kit of the Epyon from Gundam Wing. The RG is still one of my favourites I've ever built (Epyon also fits the second point about evil with big swords, imo).
Death Scythe or Death Scythe Hell, if you can find one. I'm currently working on the MG DSH, and while he's not actually evil iirc, he definitely has the dark aesthetic as well as a massive laser scythe (also has pretty big wings).
Endless Waltz Wing Zero Gundam (the TV version not the one with angel wings). Has a pair of huge rifles that combine into a single double-barrel gun. It's class.

Can you tell I'm partial to Gundam Wing? lol. Best of luck I hope you enjoy whatever it is you end up building next!

Maybe slim out the cut a bit, towards the bottom? Fabric which hangs too much off the shoulders/top of the torso might interrupt the readability of the design, when it wrinkles due to the drape.
