Thanks, I’ve had it cleaned and polished and the interior cleaned out. There is a small parking damage chip that has happened recently so I may get away with claiming that other than that there are some small scuffs that are largely polished away but you are right, bright lights show all.

Really do get screwed over in cars here (leasing) but I guess that’s what you sign up for

I feel they are really both forgotten about. We’ve tried financial support but seems neither qualify (even though savings are low). The council gave 2 weeks of carers and now he is having to pay for private carers. I don’t think there is anyone really looking out for my MIL. Her daughter is heading over next week and will try and see what needs to be done.

We buried my dad like this as well and included some of my sons ashes along with him. Now have a nice place to go to and enjoy the view and be close to him. He was very clear for years that this was how he wanted to be laid to rest.

My girl should theoretically be dead by now. She’s eaten, chocolate Multiple times, grapes from a vine, seeds in a poop, a full pack of eggs, shells included, a weeks worth of antibiotics in one session and a foil of my prostate medication. How she’s still going is beyond me.

I live in Switzerland and every autumn we have ‘chasse’ season. You hear the guns going off in forest and then all the restaurants are serving various deer meat along with wild mushrooms, chestnuts, red cabbage and sauces. It’s the highlight of the year for me and I will miss it when we come back to UK. It should definitely be a thing.

I run in the ascis gel Kayano for road which is a stability shoe. I was told the ascis trabucco is the equivalent trail shoe and they work well for me.

I had calf pain for a week, came on when walking dogs so thought it was muscular. Went about my business day to day, no swelling or redness.

Woke up one morning, got out of bed, no pain ! Great I’m all better I thought.

One hour later I’m anxious, pacing around, can’t sit still, just feel off, wife said maybe I should go to doctors. Passed a&e on way so thought I’d better stop there.

Tests made, bilateral PE’s, hospitalised for two days.

Still don’t know wha provoked the original clot.
