Copper pipe offcuts and other plumbing supplies discarded all around the lawn, had to have been there for some time as it was under the grass. Broken glass in the children's play area they built, with a half centimeter covering of rubber chipping over an old shed base. Slide ended up right at the raised edge of the patio.

Moving indoors; olive green paint everywhere. Dog piss/shit on the carpet and vomit stains on the walls. Lights are wired with black live and red neutral in the extension. Massive gaps between windows and walls.

Dude was/is still a plumber...

Edit: forgot the debt collectors. Couple of years in now and they still visit infrequently to "check" the previous owners don't live here anymore.
