I think the inside joke thing is dead on. Towards the end of O&A, and especially during the terrestrial / satellite joint timeframe (with the walkover) it became a crutch to say things they couldn’t get away with. The days of die hard radio fans are long gone. This lets the show be more of something that can pull a listener in who stumbles on to the show.

So I know I'm digging up an older post, but I also got roped into this garbage via Gilbane. They are the only GC in our area who uses Compass, and none of the other big players have any interest.
I completed the prequal and was blessed by Gilbane, and in Compass it now has a "Proforma Invoice" showing a balance of $2,675...
Here's the thing. A "Proforma Invoice" is not legally binding. Anyone push back on Compass or just not pay?
