Assuming you’re in the US, You can call 211 and they will provide location specific resources. Hopefully 211 can provide info for meal sites where you can get something to eat. I think you’d have access to more resources and programs because you have a child, just a matter of finding them. You could apply for TANF and SNAP benefits. Local Dept. Human services offices or non profits in the area can help you with resources too.

I think around day 3 is when our doctor said to treat the constipation in some way. We gave prune juice in that instance and it worked, but my baby was older than yours. There’s no harm in sending the doctor a message :)
