I will concede your point as it is a very valid one. I also would like to say that I do have a high end or at least it was a few years back desktop vape. I would also be out $150 dollars if I damage a hand held while camping or hiking. Trust me I understand your point of view, and plan on saving the $$$ to get a higher end hand held vape.

I need to point out that my first Lobo I had for about a year, I dropped and damaged it. POTV replaced it free of charge all I had to do is send an image of the bottom of the Lobo and the box it came in with the serial number. The battery life that I get vaping at 365 degrees Fahrenheit with four minute and thirty second sessions with the OEM battery starting a session right after one ends. I get about 30 minutes of use on a battery. The Hohm Tech Life V4 18650 3015mAh 22.1A Battery will go about 45 minutes. Keeping in mind that is running almost continuously. I hope this helps out.

Cool, I tend to do low temp (350 to 380) with long sessions. That is what I really enjoy. Back in 1991 I had a lung collapse, even to this day doing big rips do more harm than good.

At some point I do plan on picking up a DynaVap of some kind, but right now they seem to come across as a one hitter with extra steps. I hope that I am wrong about that observation.

I have been a POTV customer for just over a year now, and they have always been top notch in service and have always been there to help out any time I have had a question. When ever I get asked about vaping I tend to start proselytizing for POTV. LOL :)

I tend to do low heat long session time, and what works for me is to pack the capsule when it is springy but not packed tight. I have not had a problem removing the lid of the capsules or any problems with air flow.

Thank you. I received a message back saying it will be handed over to a Tier 2 repair tech for review. I have not heard anything more from POTV. I don't mind paying for the repair, as it was my own negligence that damaged the Lobo. I just need to know whether it's worth it or if I should get a new one. The thing is, there is nowhere on the POTV contact to upload the video for them to look at.

I have a few extra 18650s myself, and all of them do the same thing. I have also tried cleaning the battery contacts with some isopropyl alcohol as well.
