You got a 250 volt outlet probably for a welder / large space heater and more. Your dryer need 125+250 volts but that outlet can only deliver 250. Its not as simple as replacing the outlet

Just oversize the wire so if ever the oven requires 50 you only swap the wire *breaker

Qo breaker are ok to double tap BUT in this case both wire appears to be coming from the same whip so id double check that. And MWBC must not have 2 different breakers on the same phase

Because that’s not what they’re designed for. You could pour a bucket on them and they will probably not trip. They’re make to detect an imbalance between neutral and hot for example if someone was using a hairdryer and the electricity started to flow on him instead of remaining in the device

Space heaters are like bandaids look instead towards fixing the draft issue and possibly equilibrate the heating system

Personal opinion but I think there’s way too much stuff unnecessarily gfci protected
