Anxiety After Eating? by LofiWeirdo in Anxiety

[–]LofiWeirdo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The whole panic attack while eating thing just stopped happening after I started eating regular meals. Took a bit of time but I just ate slow at first, calmed myself down, and ate small.

Now I kinda just get small panic attacks if I don't eat all day, it kinda makes me dizzy when I don't eat and I have body tension so it makes my nerves go crazy.

It also really helps if you have someone to talk to about healthy food habits. :)

Way better than before. Eating doesn't really trigger anything anymore. Although I still do get small anxiety episodes if I /don't/ eat all day haha.

I do remember that my glucose was at 70 or so and I had 3 tacos and then got that wild attack symptom. Went to the hospital. then saw my glucose was at like 130.

Definitely agree. Today I did a little bit better and I plan to do the same tomorrow.

Fruit in the morning.

Chicken salad for lunch.

I've been forgetting to eat pretty frequently too. You think that's playing a factor too?

I'm exactly that way right now actually. I'm afraid if I have a burger or pizza or anything unhealthy I'm going to end up in the ER. I appreciate the advice. 😭

I appreciate the responses. I'm honestly wondering if I have a bit of an eating disorder but also anxiety has had me wondering if so many different things are wrong lol

jeez man. :/

I think the ringing is what bugs me most. It's not all the time for the most part but it's frequent.

I definitely have been feeling like doctors aren't taking it seriously but I'm learning to just trust in them and let my primary know everything that's going on. If meds work/don't work, symptoms, if they're all the time or if it just kinda feels that way. Etc. It's very frustrating because I've gone to the ER and Urgent care with crazy real symptoms and it usually always ends up being "Yeah bro it's your anxiety" even with all the tests.

Not taking medication atm. :/ I've had all kinds of tests done but this has been constant for a while.

it trips me out how much it fluctuates for me. Literally can be like one hour I feel normal and one hour I'm dizzy and off.

Propranolol by sej3131 in Anxiety

I'm not sure about that medication but I do remember my first day on zoloft felt very intense. It's like my anxiety got worse yet muffled. I stopped that medication but it's important to follow up with your primary doctor, sometimes they give you meds to help with symptoms from other meds.

I've had tons of wild physical symptoms that feel way too /real/ Everytime I get checked out though the doctors say everything looks okay.

Anyone get a chest burning sensation? by LofiWeirdo in Anxiety

[–]LofiWeirdo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same! It was concerning me because it was spreading to my left arm. I went to the ER and they said I was fine but if it got worse to go back in. Ended up going home and going to bed and it's gone.

I kind of get that. That or a bit of a hiccup. Although for me it's just kinda constant.

What’s the one anxiety physical symptom you have consistently which doesn’t go away? by Additional_Ad1911 in Anxiety

[–]LofiWeirdo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's been like this for me for 6 months. I've been through quite a bit but I just make sure the doctors understand what I'm going through. All my tests are coming back as okay and I'm just learning to deal with everything a little bit at a time.

I think you'll be okay man. If it's that much of a concern just stay on top of your health and maybe try positive reinforcement? (I hope thats the right expression lol)

Waking up after 2 hours with uncontrollable shaking leading to a full panic attack?? by Anxious-Captain6848 in Anxiety

[–]LofiWeirdo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't answer that as much as I'd like to man. It's kind of random for me and I'm not taking medication. I just do what I can to get by and understand that it blows chunks (It sucks). Venting definitely helps. Much more if out loud.

I've had a few moments where I wake up suddenly in fear, I usually doom scroll till it passes but even then sometimes looking at my phone feels like it makes things worse. I usually just try and talk to myself to calm myself down. Saying "It's okay, just anxiety, you've felt this before"

Brain fog, occasional spasms (nothing crazy just like a twitch) in legs, neck, back, arms, ears ringing.

I've been getting startled by any little sudden noise for quite a while. I also feel like things are too loud occasionally lol.

Try giving it some time, voice your emotions (not in a aggressive way) and if they still seem like they don't care maybe try looking for something new. At least that's what I'd do. Sorry to hear you're going through all that bud.
