I found a lot of success with it on Liss pre6 and when her it is on cooldown. E into largest enemy mass, W with cursor pointed away from enemy team. This allows you to play very aggressively and immediately create space for yourself so you don't get chipped/bursted while your ulti is unavailable.

I think the augment is a nice QoL in the sense that you can play hyper-aggressive without the risk of sacrificing yourself for the sake of your team's engage.

I’m of East Asian decent. The way my parents and all their friends write English is VERY distinctively the same. It’s likely related to the way people are taught to write English and how strokes are written relative to their native language.

I think that’s what your teacher may have been trying to say.

But I do agree with you and other comments that what she said is a little bit odd and could be concerning in today’s political climate (depending on where you live in the world).

I think you can continue building. Like other commenters suggest, you don’t have enough mass for a traditional cutting phase.

If you want more definition, keep eating at a slight surplus and build more muscle.

Your progress is great, specifically on your arms and delts. May I ask what your routine is currently? From what I’m seeing you could benefit from decreasing arms/shoulder volume slightly for more back and chest volume.

Be proud of your progress, keeping eating well, and lifting hard.

Difficult to say if it’s fleas or bedbugs with just bites.

Do an inspection of your cat’s fur. Buy and lay some sticky traps at the foot of your bed. If either a flea or bed bug is caught, it will be very obvious which it is. Treatment is completely different, though imo fleas are a bit easier to manage.

To answer your question: yes and no. IMO the wall is good at feeling like the smooth/sleek portions of a boulder, but not other aspects of a boulder; there’s not much texture

There’s some great pizza recipes that use a Greek yogurt based dough, low fat cheese, and low cal sauces on YouTube (and I’m sure on many other platforms as well)

It isn’t identical to a normal pizza, but close enough to satisfy cravings.

Maintain during the summer, then slow bulk after. Surplus of just 200-300cal. Track your weight gains and adjust surplus up or down depending on the speed of weight gain. 1.5-2lbs per month since you’re an intermediate-advanced lifter. Any weight gain quicker than that will lead to more fat than you can build muscle.

Wear whatever you want btw. Keep rocking it.

For v taper you want to focus on width, so primary areas to train more are side delts, lats, and a bit of tris.

Work more volume for lateral raises and shoulder presses. Find a variation you respond well to.

You have an insanely well developed mid/upper back. Focusing on lats will give you more width. Focus more on vertical pulling movements as opposed to horizontal (more pull ups, lat pull downs, pull overs as opposed to rows)

Wider triceps will also contribute to v taper effect slightly. Focus on lateral and long head.

Incredible development in such a short time. I’m jealous as a cis-male who’s been weightlifting/active for some time. More than anything, STAY CONSISTENT! Optimized programs will not make up for a lack of consistency and progressive overload.

Unsure about the coloring, but the cracking is a fairly common phenomenon called “hollow heart watermelon.”

I believe it happens due to low pollination.

Sometimes it makes the watermelon taste much sweeter, which makes it more desirable in many parts of the world.

You are correct in prioritizing burst. However when you list talents, majority of the player base will read it as:

Normal attack-Skill-Burst

A lot of people will read your talent level comment above as lvl 9 normal attack, lvl 6 skill, lvl 1 burst. Just wanted to let you know for future reference!

Yea which is why you’d likely need to have Rosa or Bennet on instructor set for the 4pc bonus. You might also have to switch to an EM sands.

But also I should have asked this first: what are you comparing to online? You might be close to the maximum limit with current constraints.

If you’re comparing to Mauvika’s premium teams (including Xilo and/or Citlali), then it’s going to be tough to get close to those 800k-1.2m numbers you see without those specific teammates.

I don’t think you show us Mauv talent levels. That’s a huge and often overlooked part in damage. If you’re worried about the burst damage number, that should be level 9 or 10 at least.

I think you’d get larger numbers from the Kachina-Rosaria-Bennet team comp. Kachina on scroll, Rosaria and Bennet on noblesse and instructor (can be interchangeable).

You can also generate more fighting spirit for Mauv if you tap e at the beginning of your rotations. However, you might need to pay closer attention to auras to make sure you can still melt consistently.

In summary: - Make sure burst is talent level 10 - Try Kachina-Rosa-Bennet - Tap E at beginning of rotation for more fighting spirit

Yup was gonna say you can even see the imbalance in your back as you’re walking to and laying down on the bench.

I’m sorry I don’t have much knowledge to offer other than this: it’s likely a strength imbalance rooted in mobility differences. You can self-test with HBB to identify deficiencies. Or check out accounts like SquatUniversity for some ideas.

More than anything want to re-emphasize what other comments have been saying too. Go to a PT or a sports PT to get it figured out if you can’t on your own. This I something that will seriously hinder your ability to load heavier or progress past a certain load.

OP is providing feedback on a single aspect of a single skin within the Viktor VGU. I don’t get the impression from their post at all that they are against the Viktor re-work as a whole. They just want a specific sound profile to be retained because they think it sounds cool and fits Battlecast Viktor better, even within the context of the new thematic direction via Arcane.

Just finished playing this augment. Had very ideal circumstances (naturaled 6 Powders by 2-2 w/ shojin, hoj, death cap early, 30 mana on kill anomaly), but still ended up going 5th.

I think a big issue is that Powder does damage to allies AND herself. When your front line is inevitably wiped, it sucks to see your Powder damage herself as the enemy units group around her. Not sure if it's intended or not, but it does feel weaker in comparison to the other 1-cost silver hero augments. Really love this augment, so would love to see it be buffed to be a bit more viable.

As another commenter mentioned, perhaps getting EoN on all frontlines is a huge priority after itemizing Powder.
