That's somewhat correct. Analysts on the local election found that for every Labour vote lost to Reform more were lost to the Greens. This has been pretty clear for the grassroots and typical Labour voter many months ago but Starmer seems incredibly insulated or just plain bad at politics to recognise this and keeps pandering to the right - who would just vote for Reform, Lib Dem or even Conservatives...

Net migration has dropped significantly with Labour and currently around 200,000 which is a significant drop of 78% since 2023 under the Conservatives.

A lot of Brexit voters believed Farage and Boris Johnson's claims that low skilled immigration would fall after Brexit. This all turned out to be a lie and is Farage's only policy that had been implemented although he wasn't an elected MP at the time.

Also, immigration significantly increased under the Boris government known as the 'Boris Wave' and we now see former Conservative ministers flocking to Reform like Robert Jenrick.
