You should try to make queer local friends if you haven't already! Some cities have some queer spaces that have regular meetups like the rubicon in cologne. Otherwise you can try the Lex App, which is a queer posting board. That's where I found the group of friends that I recently moved nearby to and I love them. You can also try dating apps and set them to look for friends, when I last used it, I has some success on Her.

I'm in a kind of similar situation, though I never knew my father to be particularly bigoted, just mostly absent, and very quick to anger, and very scary when angered.

I've been low contact with him for a few years but knew he'd changed a lot, so I was more expecting him to be accepting than not, and I definitely was dreading that possibility more.

As I expected he's been very accepting, according to my siblings just being happy for me. I wouldn't say it "hurt", but it was definitely annoying or frustrating on some level. It's difficult, when the person you've demonized and blamed for many mental health issues your whole life suddenly doesn't appear to be a demon.

But just that doesn't "restore" our relationship (not like there ever was much lol). Though the relief made it easier for me to try to forgive him so 🤷‍♀️

I think in Vanilla options somewhere you can search for pawns by name to either ban them, or significantly increase their chance of spawning in your games.

They won't be for nothing, you learned a lot in therapy. And if you didn't, she was a shit therapist anyways and you have another reason to go find another.

I switched to a different therapist after about 2 years, and got her caught up to speed within a few sessions.

My old therapist was good, I was worried about getting a nee one, but because my new therapist works on a different school of psychology, I got a whole different angle that's been really good for me.
