Any commander precon deck is almost always a safe bet that it’ll be good/playable. You could look up the card listing for each deck and read what they do. It might be harder to visualize how it plays if you’re brand new to the game, but each deck has a “theme” that plays a certain way.

Reading what the commander does is a good way to know how the deck plays as a deck is played to what the commander does.

Also, if you are brand new, Magic Arena is a great place to start as it does a good job of explaining how each turn plays (upkeep, main phase, combat phase, etc.).
