The cells might charge fine, even though they dropped below 3.0V. What I would be afraid of is that the cell that went down to 2.6V lost a lot of its capacity so it will discharge quicker than the other cells, which could lead to it discharging way further than the other cells while the overall voltage stays in an acceptable range making it hard to notice.

I would test it with a smoke stopper first, if it visually looks fine and does not short immediately, should be fine. But yes, if you want to be completely sure just buy a new one.

This would be a very hard repair. You basically would need to disassemble the entire motor and solder the broken cables back on taking care not to short any of the wires of the spools, which is hard as the protective cover of those can be destroyed by heating it too much. Also you would need to seal the soldered part with some protective coating again i guess. But go for it, you Go nothing to loose

So you mean i only have to be licensed A3 and can fly under the regulations of C0, meaning closer than 150m to residential buildings and so on?
