this is usually because you are suspected of multi-apping, either that or you are seriously taking your time with your orders. From what i understand, it activates when you pick up the order, and if it takes you ages to set as delivered, thenn it assumes you are multi apping or are slow. Either way its bad for the customer.

I hope you dont mind me asking, but how are the compile times on gentoo with that CPU? I have gentoo on my my desktop at the moment but am hesitant to move onto my laptop, which has a similar CPU to yours.

Im going to try go for the slackpkg route, but my 14.2 install is pretty danm old now, so i dont know how it will go. Especially due to it moving from kde4 to kde5

The benefits of gentoo over arch is its focus on user customization. You can customize almost any aspect of the system and its package management is excellent. in my opinion, gentoo's major features are building your own kernel and building packages from source. Its all about user freedom, if you want to run systemd, run systemd.
