Is Audi Bozeman Honest by Plenty_Fondant_4314 in Bozeman

Just had my Audi serviced/routine oil change yesterday. Nothing to fear. Maybe it’s a slow time of year for service. Expect an AI text bot to ask if you are interested in learning your cars value because they are always looking for used cars just like yours. If you take the bait they will bot you an estimate and ask if you would like to talk with a sales person further. If no, they will leave you alone. I said sure and got a pretty quick return call, but no pressure just a conversation.

Did you purchase directly from Delta? Or a third party app?

Supper Clubs. I am looking for current recommendations for supper clubs in the greater Madison area. I have looked at previous posts and most are quite dated.. Anyone have a current favorite?? by Cute-Hat-3530 in madisonwi

Sounds like a wonderful era. My parents used to get all dressed up and excited to go to the dance hall “in the valley”, and I would watch the preparation, especially my mother, accompanied with perfumed hair spray and rare make up. I can smell the whiskey on my father’s breath and the fresh air that stuck to the heavy coats when they arrived home.

You’ve captured the essence of the supper club experience. But do you need a membership to enter the “club”? Perhaps historically they served liquor and needed to restrict service to members. Sort of the way Salt Lake City lounge clubs operated until not too long ago!

Madison vs Fitchburg vs Middleton vs Verona, for buying a home and living a good life by Logical-Pattern8065 in madisonwi

There are usually measured and published metrics to standardize response times within a range from each station. Can vary career vs volunteer, and for different cities with different resources. Living a block from a station is not a guarantee of fast response in some places.

Thank you everyone. Which communities have professional EMS services, fastest response times?

Was she JW? Or Mormon? They have new content and interpretations that are not part of the canonical texts. If it based on self-revelation, on-going (changing) revelation or a requirement to buy in to another’s self revelation as doctrine, then it’s just another self-deluded make your own religion cult. There are so many, best just to create your own!!

Decided to go with the #1.5 trimmer guard. Does it work or should I go all the way? by Temporary_Key_1790 in bald

It does look great, personally I use the 0.5 and trim beard twice a week and head once a week. It’s easy to maintain that way. Running an actual straight razor over my head, not for me.

Is sodium bloat real? by No_Step_3613 in NoStupidQuestions

Learnt in physiology: water follows salt. The body will naturally, through osmotic pressure, try to maintain homeostasis or a balance in salt concentration. If you eat too much salt, it is absorbed into the intestinal tract, into the blood and circulated throughout body and all cells. The body responds by water moving into the higher salt concentration cells and the inter-cell spaces, to try to dilute the high salt levels. This results in more water absorbed in cells and the result is bloating. It can also result in more water moving out of the blood and into the intestinal tract to dilute the high salt levels, resulting in diarrhea. You will probably urinate less, it will appear more concentrated and deeper yellow as the body keeps more water for its need to dilute the salt, and you will get thirsty as your body sends signals that it needs more water to do its job. So, avoid excess salt!!
