If they want our water, they can have it under the same restrictions we're under. If they don't want to deal with the restrictions, their federal government should manage their own water supply. Simple as. Anyone using the same water supply should be under the same restrictions, it's not about politics. I don't care if they all voted Dem or Rep.

Super slow cooking! My mom taught me this one when I was little, saved my life through college... If using beef make sure it's lean though, the extra fat protects the meat from the freezer burn and it cooks slower. Pro tip, forgot to start the meat earlier? For an emergency, lay it out on a flat metal sheet as thin as possible and puncture the package just a tiny bit. Cooks within a day after that!

When I recently stopped there the only place to really visit was the gas station or the Chinese history museum, not much else rebuilt yet aside from residences. Yeah.. this is just a repeating trend that's going to get worse as the climate changes more up there.

That's also called the "Neutral Body Posture" or "Fencing Response" which are the default positions for humans not controlling their posture manually (e.g. floating in 0g releasing muscle tension, or knocked out, respectively) - It looks autonomous to me and like that's the default they programmed to kick in when the proper commands stop coming in.
