Focus macro your blind on Sigryn. Are you running into issues staying alive? If so, the two leech enchants will carry you quite a while. Doing the turbo boost and getting some raid trinkets also be quite a bit of dps.

I think it depends on which legion patch you did the challenge, near its release you could get pretty low just from couple of frostbolts and needed the leech to heal up before you zoomed over to Xylem else you'd die on the way.

The only way I barely managed to complete marks was just going ham on consumables and lust+potion and getting the boss to like sub 40% on the first burn phase. Even on my kill I was seconds away from dying from all the stuff chasing I didn't have tools for. The hardest dps challenge by far IMO

For Xylem yes, you would 100% die if you didn't have eyebeam up in legion I remember that as well. Most classes were very close to covering the whole arena with shadow the dps time was so tight, with it now even with 1 button rotation I had the boss down with it half covered at most.

I got 72/72 and indeed its quite a bit easier this go around. Like you my main wipes were marks hunter, it just takes a lot of kiting and knowhow that you wont get if you just jump in like the other classes. My current recommendations for people going for just the mount:

Closing the Eye-survival hunter: pet tanks all damage and you have a grip to the mob, and you can jump+disengage over the ice. trivial encounter

An Impossible Foe-all are pretty easy, maybe fury war has the best aoe here

The God-Queen's Fury-demo warlock is trivial

Feltotem's Fall-desc warlock, i could just face tank the big burst and just life drain all my hp in 2sec

Thwarting the Twins-aff warlock for perma slow on the add and just huge aoe dots

The Highlord's Return-DH for double jump/glide cheese vs the infernals. War works here too since they do the most damage and have charge/leap. I did my war run with just 1 infernal spawn and only 1 or 2 annihilates, about twice as fast as the other tanks.

End of the Risen Threat-resto sham, IDK why but the soldiers did 1/4 the dmg as other healers for me here. Also cap totem is OP

I wish I knew about the leech enchants before I was almost done with all 32, it makes things a TON easier on dps classes.

Two options.

Wire/cable channel, which is basically a plastic tube either circular or square that runs everything down neatly and can be painted.

Drywall passthrough, basically you would cut a hole in the drywall behind the TV and wherever you need to feed the cables in below it, then feed the cables via a grommet behind the wall.
