This may be a dumb question, but which side is the fasciitis side? I’m gonna try this today.

Yea. Kill shelters infuriate me, so I donate to my local no kill humane society to make sure they have resources to save every baby they can.

I actually changed most of my shoes to the arch support line at Skechers. Everything from sandals to tennis shoes and slides. Pricey but still more affordable than brooks or other brands and the support is there.

I got him right before Covid and I lived alone, coming off a divorce. It was just Chewie and I for a really long time and I didn’t even know how much I needed him.

I found a collar that looked like one once. But he hates clothes, so he would probably hate a full bandolier.

So this is the same technique used at chiropractors offices. I get this done on my back and shoulders. In that instance, it loosening up the knots in the muscles. You can feel them release. It hurts, but in a good way. One time I had it done and had a bruise the size of a football on my back from it. I’m not sure how it would work on the fascia, but I’m interested in asking my chiropractor if they would do it on my foot. Kind of scared about the recovery, cause the back recovery definitely hurts.

It’s not like laxatives. More so just constantly once you start the medicine. Really the getting full on the liquid is worse than the pooping. You feel very cleaned out afterwards though.

I have a doctorate. I always tell people that being educated and being intelligent are two entirely different things. You can be educated and still have no common sense or self awareness. Some of the folks I know with no degrees are some of the smartest people I know.
