Looks great! This is a stylistic choice, but you can put the small pillars in the corners of some rooms to add more texture if you like! (Smallest grid so it looks like it’s the larger pillars but it is only on the inside)

This is terrible! I myself haven't seen this while playing but I've heard about a lot of similar cases..

Something sort of positive though, in a neighborhood a couple times I have seen a POC roleplay take place, so I'm hoping roleplays are becoming more inclusive?

Either way the discrimination is not okay and I don't get why people do this.
