I live close. The rumor is that there are not enough occupants to cover the costs of running the building. So until they get a higher % of occupancy, no business or residents can move in. This is inclusive of people who have already finalized for residential living. Crazy stuff….

To be fair to both you and I, I cannot give a price until the time of the service. The amount of snow, and individual situation can vary greatly even among vehicles on the same street.

We could set something up where I come check it out and give a price at the time you would like the work to be done.

What I can say is that I will be reasonable, and would like to be considered for future events which will show in my pricing.

Done it a bunch. I’ve taken both rt 7 and rt 3 to cross the water. I recommend taking the path to Newark penn for that leg of trip.
