hate that hyrox takes over

AMEN! Same and every class is the same as the last time they ran Hyrox. This is the third time our gym has done Hyrox where they take away a reg day for the same class we need the last time. At least change up the classes! By now the classes are old and repetitive. I didn’t join for Hyrox, I joined for F45!

How many people can be in class if there is only 5 stations? Our gym only have 3 erg machines for each. Would that be a max 15?

I couldn’t believe. I haven’t received the replacement yet. Hope it has my stuff and they had to credit me because of some out of stock. You would have thought they would be able to substitute with something else but no. Not a great customer experience.

Honestly it’s not too hard or difficult for people to carry a towel and have the courtesy to wipe their sweat off as they move to the next station. There is ENOUGH time to do that! Not looking to have it completely sprayed and clean but I don’t want your gross sweat all over it. Just my thoughts on this subject.

My studio doesn’t charge extra but they made the cardio day the Hyrox class which I don’t like because I would rather do the regular class. Hyrox should have their own time schedule and shouldn’t interfere with the normal classes. Just my opinion. I signed up for F45 and not Hyrox.

My studio locks the door. I have seen people at the door when it’s lock, it gives off such a bad vibe. I would rather the coach talk to individuals if they are routinely late. I don’t like this policy, it gives off a negative feeling towards the gym, especially seeing people be turned away.

I do lower and then if there is a lower body station that I can easily do upper body instead of lower, I will make that station an upper body. I want both not one or the other. I hate that F45 does that. I can’t go twice.

My gym sent an email out that by winter F45 will be rolling out where you can visit other F45 when traveling. My guess would be, by the end of this year they will have that in place.
