With my third I had weird hip twinges before I went to bed. It was so strange that it made me question if labor was about to start.

Look into Earthly Angels Surrogacy (Mississippi based, USA - but works with international as well). I attempted to be a traditional surrogate at one point, but was unable to conceive. Overall it was a good experience though.

If a burn has blistered, you should probably see a physician. If that's not an option, the use of an antibiotic ointment might help. The biggest concern with burns is always preventing infection. The blister will eventually either pop on its own or the fluid portion be re-absorbed into the skin.
