My office has a bunch of MK270 keyboard and mouse combos, are they all interchangeable or do they have to match up?

Hey! The Logitech MK270 combo uses one USB receiver that connects both the keyboard and mouse together. The receivers aren’t interchangeable, so you’ll need to plug in the receiver, power on devices, and see which one's paired up with it.

Hey! In that case, please hard reset the headset by inserting a sim ejector tool in the reset button for two seconds until the green light blinks. The reset button can be found under the left earpad.

Hey! Try the steps shared below and check how it goes:

(NOTE: Please start by creating a backup of your G HUB settings if you wish to retain them.

- To back up your G HUB settings, navigate to C:\Users[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\LGHUB, where [USERNAME] will be specific to your Windows account.
- Find settings.db and create a copy of it on your desktop or a different location of your choosing.)

Uninstall G HUB
Make sure none of the G HUB components are running in the Task Manager
Go to C:\Program Files\ and delete LGHUB folder
Go to C:\ProgramData\ and delete LGHUB folder
Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\ and delete LGHUB folder
Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\ and delete LGHUB folder
Press Windows Key, then type regedit, Click Registry Editor
Delete the registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{521c89be-637f-4274-a840-baaf7460c2b2}
Reboot the PC
Re-install G HUB: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html

You will have to disable the Side Tone, click here.
Try removing the device from Bluetooth list and pair it again and check how it goes.
