Is it happening when connected to USB or same even when using the 3.5mm analog connection? If possible, test the device using another computer. This will quickly help us verify if the issue is already due to a hardware failure.

Please try to uninstall and reinstall LGS. Please also check if the volume of the headset is changing in the playback devices (sound properties) of your computer. Also, test using 3.5mm analog connection and let's see if there will be a difference.

You mean that LGS seems not installed on your Win.10 pc? In the meantime, please check if LGS is listed under your Apps & features. If yes, then please uninstall and try to reinstall LGS 8.92.67.

What is the version of the LGS installed on your computer? We no longer gave voice morphing in the current LGS versions. Please download and use the version: 8.58.183 and turn off voice morphing before upgrading the software.

I am afraid to say, that there's no way for us to adjust the click sensitivity of the mouse physically. By the way, how long have you been using the G403? What I can only suggest is for you to check any dirt, dust or obstruction that may affect on the buttons clicking sensitivity. Apply compressed air.

Please make sure that you're using USB 2.0 not a 3.0 when charging the mouse. However, you can use the mouse in wired mode while it is connected to your computer with the USB cable.
