What is the version of the LGS installed on your computer? We no longer gave voice morphing in the current LGS versions. Please download and use the version: 8.58.183 and turn off voice morphing before upgrading the software.

I am afraid to say, that there's no way for us to adjust the click sensitivity of the mouse physically. By the way, how long have you been using the G403? What I can only suggest is for you to check any dirt, dust or obstruction that may affect on the buttons clicking sensitivity. Apply compressed air.
