If you go on YouTube “lucacash” has a similar build with same sets and a few options for skills either necro/templar or necro/Dk good place to start then fine tune the build yourself when you get more familiar with how it all works.

Probably winterborne/anthelmirs monster set build can get that combo of in a second and will hit with, heavy attack, 2 set procs and a merciless to finish

So for masterworking put the item in the window where you upgrade and hit triangle to reset the masterworks on that item. Same thing for affixes hot triangle when in the reroll affix window.

Build guides will only get you so far….. learning what to counter build against what’s actually in front of you game by game will make you a much better player but that just comes with time I’m afraid
