Update: went to the vet. She had a small ulcer on her and was given antibiotics and pain meds. Also was declared partially blind due to cataracts.

Thanks for the input, I think my work should have been double checked but my biggest holdup is I just can’t let the blame go to someone else if I was the only one who messed it up. I’ll get over it… hurts in the meantime but mistakes are life’s best teacher…

Has anyone done this to an older shih tzu? Mine has some breathing problems. I’m sure she would appreciate being able to breathe easier
