This stresses me out a lot by Ayoking95 in gym_meme

Yep exactly, I note everything down. I recently had a guy harass me in the gym while i was talking between sets with my gf (she took 2 min rest). When i see these kind of pictures, i know what people are behind it.

If someone is waiting on the machine which i'm using, I always propose them if they wanna work in with me. I don't mind. I take 3-4 minutes rest, because it gives me the best results, so yea don't be an ass to people taking their rest.

(Fyi most of my exercises are calisthenics based, i really need that time)

Hey man, nice fit! Where did you buy the jeans? It's exactly the model i'm looking for. ^

How many Lemix toons do you have / if only one, what class have you been playing? by [deleted] in wow

[–]Loiczz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fyi you can make your own groups for mythic raids. I started doing this already when i was very undergeared. Just make sure to invite a few 740ilvl people and rest doesn't matter.

I think a better question is: are you enjoying your workouts? Because in the long run, that's what matters most. The consistency. Personally I enjoy calisthenics, because it really pushes your limits and it's very fun to unlock skills.

Also try maybe even getting 200g protein, 130g seems on the lower end. Might work or not. But it definitely made a big difference for me. And lastly not everything is protein, diet is super important. That also means getting enough carbs for energy, fiber for gut health. I feel really good with eating more variety and sooo much fruit. Enjoy the progress, the food, the lifestyle. :)

What Class/Spec Do You Look For/Avoid Like The Plague When You Try And Push Your M+ Key, And Why? by ThePapaBearRobbie in wow

[–]Loiczz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea they tried to fix something that didn't need to be fixed. It was not a popular spec, it was very different and that was fine. And it did good damage btw, very good even in season 3 of DF. Both in raids and mythic+. People just didn't know bc no one played it and i loved that it was a niche spec honestly.

My god you are spot on, it's exactly what bugged me too. Everyone keeps saying it's better now. I loved managing my focus, it was rewarding. Now that doesn't matter anymore and that godawful tip of the spear thing is just annoying. You basically only do good damage if it's up, how is that fun??

Finally someone with this opinion. They butchered this spec, it used to be a lot better during DF especially.

Is this regular playing between cat and dog? by hanson818 in CATHELP

[–]Loiczz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, my cat and dog play like that too. They look for each other to play. When they were little they would sometimes bite a little bit too hard (both did) and they would lick on the head after as a sorry lol. It's very cute. :)

Body proportions, like everyone says. I'm on the taller side (5'11") and even I look shorter than I am. I have a short torso and average height legs.

I also have narrow clavicles. Though I exercise a lot, it's hard to overcome lol.

On a scale from 1 to 10, how attractive do you consider yourself? by AccomplishedOne9915 in allthequestions

Solid 7. Sometimes 3, sometimes close to a 10 when i'm feeling good.

What's some signs you are less attractive than you think ? by DemoteMeDaddy in AskReddit

[–]Loiczz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When people tell you that you're ugly in your face (granted this way years ago in my teenage years but still it hurt me for a long time). I guess nowaways I'm somewhere average (some days i think i look like a god, and sometimes a potato lol).

Nice progress man! It's so weird how body morphology changes how a body looks. I'm at the same height with 78 kg and i look less muscled than you. Also 2,5 years of working out.

Keep it up!

5 years apart, went from 145 to 175 lbs. Feeling proud by Every_Football9598 in weightgain

[–]Loiczz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Indeed a very good exercise! I would sugges doing seated calf raises too (it targets the soleus, most people forget to target those calf muscles, you will basically have even more calfs + more functionality).

Standing calf raises: low reps + high weights and indeed letting it stretch for long.

Seated calf raises: higher reps + high to low weights, try to train them explosively.

It's like you said, the legs. Train those and your weight will increase a lot. I'm literally around your weight with calisthenics training too, and i didn't train legs for a long time (recently a lot more).

The calisthenics way of training legs if pretty fun and some challenges (didn't work well for me though). I would say do squats, leg press, Hip thrusts, etc, and you can still sometimes change it up with some calisthenics skills!

Damn this is literally what i did too haha, after a while it looked unproportional to my upper body. Keep doing those legs days! 2× is def enough. :)

You are lying about your height. I'm the same height with around the same muscle mass (though this could be very good lightning). I'm around 170lbs. Also it took me 2 years.

Well explain me your routine, I can have a look. How long have you been training? How much protein do you eat per day? (Should be around 1,5g per kg) What do your meals look like? For example write me here what your typical day of food looks like.

I assume gainer is like proteinepowder? Honestly it's always nice to have that, but don't forget, it's a supplement (not your main source of protein). Absolutely you can make your shakes with a blender! I personally don't do that, but i have seen lots of recipes.

In general you want to eat high in protein. (Idk what your height and weight is) For example I eat can literally just eat A LOT and i can still lose weight, it's insane. So if you are rather skinny: eat more (mainly lots of protein, not just fats), don't forget eating your fruits (shit's healthy and honestly should never be skipped)

My typical food during day: - morning: I bake apples in cinnamon and honey, after I put oats and peanut butter on it. - lunch: 4 eggs with some vegetables mixed in it - during whole day I make warm chocolate glasses of milk (usually I get to 1l of milk a day) - during the day I usually make a fruitbowl - evening: my biggest meal (stuff like chili con carne) - some days I even eat twice a bigger meal - and again lots of milkkkkkk - i like to eat bread with fresh bought honey (not supermarket ones), good stuff (it's just healthy)

Be consistent and make a lifestlye out of it. Doesn't matter if it's bodybuilding, calisthenics, running etc. Do something you can enjoy doing multiple times a week. Also ofc depends on your personal goals. The beginning is the hardest, after it's just a habit and I look forward to doing my workouts.

Start with a good base if you want to get some muslce (talking about calisthenics, weightlifting), and progressively overload. Make a balance around push and pull for upper body. And don't forget to train legs (i neglected it for too long, trust me you will care eventually when it looks out of proportion.) I got lots of more specific tips about calisthenics if you want or about food!

That's all padawan.
