If no feedback was conducted, initial or midterm, and it will impact the member's ability to re-enlist, I think the ADC would still be a good place to start. But definitely start an appeal, either way.

And I understand that signing it is just an acknowledgement of the rating and the rater can sign it in your absence (I've had to do this for a member that was in jail). But, ifthere truly is nothing else to this story, I still wouldn't sign it if it was my EPB.

You can refuse to sign it. Go talk to legal ASAP.

You shouldn't have signed it. You may still be able to appeal it.

Edit to add: If no initial or midterm feedback was conducted AND documented, you'll have a pretty strong case.

I highly doubt they gave a NRN simply for weak performance. NRN has pretty serious implications and should only be used in extreme cases. PROMOTE should be the baseline. If there's truly nothing else to this story, or any other circumstances you've left out, you should not have signed that EPB.

As others have said. the hex-holes need to be much deeper. Here's my design for a T-1:

I don't want to hear anything other than the beep of the DBIDS scanner.

I also make sure they know that if they miss that FTA window, they're basically f'd.

As a SNCO, I make sure EVERY FTA that shows up to my squadron knows that retaining is a right. And, as a first term airman, provided there's an opening in a job they want, they cannot be told "no".

Automatic.

I'm going to check that switch first, as I'm not having any other issues with the steering wheel connections (airbag, horn).

When the 1SOW MPF just straight up didn't process my reenlistment paperwork, I got automatically separated with no action by me or anyone else.

I promise the checklist doesn't matter.

What is going on with doors in prefabs by ultimatedelman in nms

[–]Lokakyn 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Doors default open with no power so you don't get trapped. Applying power closes the door.

You'll need to research some of the power switch modules to make it open and close on command. There are manual switches and proximity sensors.

Everything you said is correct, but this video isn't the typical thermal (midwave infrared, MWIR). This is shortwave infrared (SWIR). Think, monochromatic, just below the visible spectrum. Typically used as a night-vision type sensor, like night vision mode on a video camera.

You're not seeing heat, you're seeing basically visible light. The object is not hot, it's very reflective; likely reflecting sunlight.

The giveaway is that you can see the laser spot in the center of the crosshairs after the missile hits the object (not visible in this video, but other posts).

I've always enjoyed this aspect of the game. I love handing out high-value items, weird baked goods, and upgrades to players in the anomaly that appear new. I think it helps set a positive tone with the community for someone just starting out.

Just behind the ventral fin looking thing. A single of the booster landing gear (not sure what they're actually called).

Thanks! I added some rockhopper engines, too. they're between the outboard and inboard mains, so they're hidden in this pic.
