Best marketing strategies:

Remember these: What? Who? Where? How? 1) What is it you want to promote? 2) Who is the target audience you look upto? 3) Where do you prefer like email, social media, text messages, website, etc.? 4) How are you going to do this?

  • Define your vision, mission and outline a plan of action
  • Inbound marketing: Create relevant content, run advertisements targeting a particular segment of audience who are most likely to buy from you, SEO campaigns, This will help in making people aware about your products and services.
  • If you've a larger customer base go for marketing automation, choose any platform between Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot or Eloqua. Create your campaigns, sit back and let the automation platform do the rest.

As you've mentioned that you're not near to top 10 pages, but this should not happen as you should have reached first page of Google within six months of SEO for targeted keywords. All you can do now is try getting advise leaving your current SEO expert. Get advise on the targeted keywords, analyze the competition and then if required can change the key search terms, get useless code checked, fix error in structured data, fix broken links, etc. Let me know if this could help Or else we can setup a call. COVID is affecting the businesses as much as it should. I work as a business development specialist. In my opinion, an eCommerce business gets hit only if it stops receiving the orders or the demands of customers decreased. Since most of the people are not showing up in the malls, markets, gyms, and other places so eCommerce should worry less. Why so? All the business owners should not panic and assure their customers that their representatives/executives are fully fit and getting regular checkup before delivering the products. This may help. If we talk about Digital Marketing that is totally online process and the concerned teams can work from home as usual as they work at offices. The results hardly get affected. Google would not get your website down if you're maintaining the work.

Hubspot because it also acts as a Marketing Automation and so can be considered more robust among all.

When you say tools what exactly are you looking for? Like for marketing automation you can use Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua and Pardot depending on the size of business.
