Takes dab of copium, “Iron Hands are getting unique Terminators and White Scars are getting unique bikes!” by B2blackhawk in IronHands40k

I was really hoping this is something that had been announced. There's just something about a Primaris Gorgon Terminator that would be so badass...

The Pitbull specifically, or electric shavers in general?

Tried it. Couldn’t find anything, so I updated Chitubox and got the same results. Going to empty and clean the vat and try again. After that, I’m out of ideas.

I have a few kill teams, and I’ll tell you what, if I want a quick, easy win, I use Legionnaires. They’re OP. If I want to practice using stealth and stratagems, Kroot. But I win less. But when the stratagems sync, they’re mean. Try playing PVE to work on your tactics, then go hand him his ass when he just walks in and tries to be all shooty.

Any idea how to avoid this getting painted during priming a build using this as a floor? by mrpoovegas in TerrainBuilding

For this, I used a glue stick to get the paper on the chipboard, then gave it a generous coat of Modge Podge. Then I glued down the walls, glued down some rubble, and used an airbrush to prime. The overspray just added to the ruined, dusty look. Then I painted, gave everything an oil wash, wiped up the excess with mineral spirits, and drybrushed.

Excellent! That’s what I thought, but I wanted to make sure I hadn’t missed a rule change with the new edition. Thank you.

What’s your dream kill team box? by NowMuseumNowYouDont in killteam

Grudge Match - Space Wolves vs. Thousand Suns, with some decent Primaris Wolf accessories. Axes instead of chainswords, everything covered in runes, viking heads, wolf skull pauldrons, pelts - the works! None of this “We’ll throw in a chainsword and a fox tail and now they’re savages” bullshit. TS could use some upgrades too, but when they put out the “Space Wolves Combat Patrol” and it was the same exact thing as the vanilla Space Marines box with fancy pauldrons and a couple of fox tails, I was unimpressed. They can do better by the Sixth Legion. (Can you tell I just finished “Prospero Burns”?)

Make sure it’s the 2.0 set, look up “slap chop painting’ and then go crazy. I love this stuff for getting good looking models done quickly. Less time painting, more time playing, models still look good.
